Hobo shack

Lesson 12 of 30: Constructing with Cubes

Today's lesson involved using my vast accumulation of knowledge to make a weird little house with holes where the door and window should be.

There's a weird line inside, and I should've fixed it before taking the picture. But I didn't.

Zenspired to doodle

Drawn together

Lesson 10 of 30: Cylinders

Today I drew 3 cylinders. I'm beginning to feel very attached to the last step, which is going over the lines more darkly. It makes my drawings less realistic and more cartoony, but I like it that way. If I wanted reality, I'd take a picture.

A rose by any other name would still look like a bowl-flag hybrid

Lesson 9 of 30: The Rose (Part 2)

Wherein I take what I learned from drawing bowls and flags and make a lovely rose.

This exercise reminded me of how I drew roses when I was little.
