Day 325: Special Brownies

Today I experimented with making special brownies. No, not that kind of special. These are special in that I used Rumpleminze instead of water.


They certainly are special. Extra crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. And tasting like a thin mint. A gooey crispy thin mint.

I can't say that I recommend this. But it's interesting.
